What do the NBA's general managers think about the Thunder this year?

The 2016 NBA GM Survey was released today. Here are some notes and observations on how the league’s general managers view the Thunder this season.

Asked if they were starting a franchise today, which player would they choose to sign, a whopping 86.2 of GMs chose Anthony Davis. Kevin Durant and LeBron James were second at 6.9 percent.
Russell Westbrook finished third in Best Point Guard voting at 17.2 percent behind Stephen Curry (55.2) and Chris Paul (24.1). He also received votes for Best Perimeter Defender.
