Two brothers accused in a fatal hit and run were bound over for trial by a Rogers County judge Tuesday afternoon.

Gage and Dakota Shriver are accused of killing Noelle New and badly injuring Miranda Talley back in June.

Court records show the brothers had been drinking beer and were fighting over the radio when their truck struck the girls.

Court records state the two men left the scene without notifying authorities then returned later with their mother, Dorthea Butanda. At that time, they called the police to say they'd discovered the two girls and took evidence from the scene, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Troopers suspected their involvement in the wreck after finding Dakota Shriver's wallet out in the field near the crash scene.

The brothers are scheduled to be back in court next month.
