After a week of canceled classes, school is back in session for some students at Oologah-Talala Schools.
Pre-kindergarten through eighth-grade students returned Monday while high school students are being asked to stay home.
School officials have been trying to fix a gas leak, and repairs aren't quite finished. School officials say the gas leak should be fixed Monday if everything goes according to plan.
The 400 feet of line that crews are replacing feeds into the high school.
For the majority of last week, crews tried to pinpoint the location of the gas leak which was difficult because the district lost all its blueprints during a tornado in 1991. On Thursday, the broken line was finally located, and crews have been working on it ever since.

Parents said their kids kept busy last week.
"Lots of scooter riding - lots of chalk and ironically, they played school so we had the big white board out and expo markers," said Jessica Penner.
Angel Hill's kids had to spend part of their time in day care and part of their time with her sister.
"I was just a little thrown off," she said.
School officials say three of the missed days will be counted as snow days. They're still trying to figure out how to make up the other missed days. They say school will hopefully be back in session for all students tomorrow.
