Ingredients:
6 tablespoons pecan oil
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
1/4 cup strawberry basil purée*
1 garlic clove minced
Instructions:
You can whisk these ingredients together the old fashioned way in a bowl, shake up in a mason jar, or emulsify in a high powered blender for a silky smooth vinaigrette.
This vinaigrette goes great with grilled asparagus, mixed greens, chicken or fish.
*Combine 1 cup of strawberries and 1 handful of basil in a blender. Use in salad dressings, salsas and sauces.
