Most Wanted Oklahoma Prison Fugitive Arrested In Tulsa

Oklahoma Department of Corrections says it apprehended one of its 15 most wanted fugitives Monday. 

The DOC says James Dean, 30, walked away from their Tulsa Transitional Center on July 5.  Records show he was serving time for possession of a firearm out of Tulsa County.

The DOC says its agents tracked Dean to a motel near East 51st Street South and South 129th East Avenue where he was arrested along with his girlfriend 32-year-old Nicole Dutra.  She was arrested on a harboring a fugitive complaint.  Both are being held in the Tulsa County jail.  

The DOC says Dean was placed on their fugitive list because of his known affiliation with the Irish Mob prison gang.
