A man is in the hospital after a shooting at a car wash parking lot Sunday morning.
Police say the 42-year-old victim is in critical condition, and he's been telling police he doesn't know who shot him.
Tulsa police say a group left the Route 66 Event Center near 11th and Sheridan and went to a white Mercedes that was parked at the car wash next door.
Security was told a person from the group that left had taken someone’s property.
Police say security confronted the group and a fight broke out.
Corporal Brandon Davis said, “There was no fight inside, I know that. From what we understand, there was a crowd of people that moved to this area over here where there’s a car and then a fight started and shots were fired.”
According to police, video shows at least four people involved and described the fight as a “brawl” saying several punches were thrown and there was a lot of yelling.
At the end of the fight, one member from the group that left the bar started shooting at security guards, police say.
One of the guards was shot several times.
Officers interviewed bouncers and witnesses who said the man ran away and hopped in a car that drove off. They don't have a description of the car.
