Report: OSU Head Football Coach Mike Gundy Meeting With Baylor

Report: OSU Head Football Coach Mike Gundy Meeting With Baylor

While most of the college football world was focused on the five Heisman finalists, reports surfaced on Monday night that OSU's head football coach, Mike Gundy, could be looking for a change of scenery.

Triple Play Sports Radio's Robert Allen suggested on Twitter that Gundy is meeting with Baylor about their head coaching vacancy.

Rumors look like more than rumors and Mike Gundy is apparently meeting with Baylor.

While Gundy leaving for a school like Baylor would shock many people, it's no surprise that Gundy and OSU booster Boone Pickens haven't seen eye-to-eye over recent years.

Along with Allen, DallasNews.com columnist, Matt Mosley also tweeted on Monday that Gundy was in play for the Baylor job.

Nothing has happened yet. But I do think Mike Gundy is in play.

This could all be a leverage play on Gundy's part, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on moving forward.
