Suspect In Tecumseh Police Killing Now In Jail

The suspect accused of shooting and killing Tecumseh police officer Justin Terney is now in custody.

Byron Shepard was released from the hospital yesterday after being treated for gunshot wounds sustained from a shootout with Terney.

Shepard is now in the Pottawatomie County Jail facing a first degree murder charge.
