Wildfire Reported Along The Oklahoma River In OKC

Oklahoma City firefighters are battling a wildfire along the Oklahoma River near downtown.

The fire was reported in the 600 block of S Laird. Firefighters are receiving reports of smoke blowing across Interstate 40.

When Bob Mills SkyNews 9 flew over the scene, they noticed the smoke was light. 

Firefighters were able to put out the body of the fire and were working on putting out hot spots.
