Tulsa police just released new dash cam video of the end of a police chase last month.

In the video, you can see Gary Day in handcuffs in the front seat of a police car.

Officers said a truck owner found Day rummaging through his vehicle before the chase started.

Police said Day hit another car near I-244 and Sheridan during the chase before officers threw out spike strips and stopped the stolen Chevy.

Police arrested Day and two other people.
