Tulsa Chemistry Teacher Also Certified Betta Fish Judge

There are competitions all over the world for Siamese Fighting Fish or Betta Fish. And one of Oklahoma's only certified Betta Fish judges is a chemistry teacher at Edison High School in Tulsa.
