A judge's daughter has been arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Tulsa Police say Adrienne Smith got into a fight with her mother, Judge Sharon Holmes, and stabbed her mother in the leg.

The judge denied Smith's request for a lower bond and ordered her not to have contact with her mother or sister.
