Cushing Police Arrest Kidnapping, Rape Suspect

A suspect wanted for kidnapping, rape, and other serious allegations was arrested Saturday, police said.

According to officials, Steven Peters was taken into custody by Cushing Police and will transported to the Osage County Jail.

Peters was wanted for first degree rape, kidnapping, attempted rape by instrumentation, domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and other crimes, police said.
