Louisiana Homicide Suspect Arrested In Tulsa

Tulsa Police say that the Louisiana homicide suspect is in custody.

The suspect, Oshay Booker, is accused of killing his stepfather the former mayor of Winnfield Louisiana. The Tulsa police fugitive squad and a K-9 unit were able to arrest the suspect after a short standoff.
