Tulsa Police Investigating Shooting Homicide At Cascades Apartments

Tulsa Police are investigating a homicide at the Cascades at Southern Hills Apartment complex at 1818 E 71st St.

Tulsa police have confirmed that one person was shot and killed. No arrests have been made. Detectives are looking for a woman with blonde hair, who was seen running with away from the area with another man.
