Tulsa County Pursuit Ends In Fatal Crash

A pursuit involving the Tulsa County Sheriff's Officer ended with a fatal crash near 11th and 129th East Ave Friday night.

According to TCSO, Tulsa Police requested assistance from deputies while trying to find a shooting suspect. Deputies say they found a vehicle matching the description and tried to pull the car over. The car then took off and with deputies in pursuit. The suspects ran a stoplight at the intersection of 11 and 129th and struck another driver on the road who died at the scene.

“That’s what’s most tragic about this, our suspects are at the hospital expected to recover but our innocent bystander died at the scene," said TCSO rep. Casey Roebuck.

This is an ongoing investigation, deputing have reported that the suspect's were driving a stolen vehicle.
