Tulsa Police issued a bulletin stating their non-emergency line is out of order. The number 918-596-9222 is currently disconnected.
"Tulsa Police Dispatch is working on the problem and will try to have the number reconnected as soon as possible," the news release states.
Citizens are asked to call 911 to reach police even for non-emergency needs until further notice.
The City later updated their message to say the City of Tulsa customer hotline, 311, and 918-596-2100 are also temporarily unavailable. In the meantime, people should call 918-596-9511 and select "other city services" from the menu prompts.
The call will be transferred to an agent who can answer 311 general questions, comments and create service orders, the City said. You can also get on the Tulsa311 website, chat and mobile app.
