A group of protesters gathered at the Oklahoma City Police Department after the overnight curfew lifted, Tuesday morning.
About a dozen young protesters waited all night for the 5 a.m. curfew to be lifted in the city. The group then marched to the police station and spoke with officers.
At the beginning some were angry and had passionate conversations with officers. Those conversations lasted hours but were always peaceful.

Eventually crying and some yelling turned into handshakes and the group spoke their mind and communicated their feelings with officers.
The people there told News 9 crews they are tired of fighting for their lives, and they will be out every night until they get justice.
The group said they will be back at Northwest 4th Street and Shartel Avenue at 8 p.m.
