Former Okmulgee Mayor Arrested On Embezzlement Charges

Former Okmulgee Mayor Richard Larabee was accused of embezzling more than $30,000 from a pregnancy center where he served as the chair of the board.

Larabee resigned from his mayoral position a year ago when OSBI began an investigation on the allegations.
