It will be a hot and humid Thursday afternoon, with highs in the upper 90s and heat indices near 100 degrees!
What will the weather be like on Thursday?
Around 4:00 p.m., storms will try to develop along a stalled boundary. Storms will then drift to the southeast.
The storms should be weakening as they approach the metro, so rain chances aren't locked in. Isolated storms could become severe today with damaging winds the primary concern.
These cells could produce intense lightning, hail up to quarters, and winds to 70 mph.
Thursday night looks dry with close to record warm lows.
Friday highs will be close to records as well.
Storm chances go up Friday afternoon and evening in northern Oklahoma. Trackers will bring live updates over the next couple of days.
Saturday will be a scorcher! The cold front moves in Sunday. Behind it, a true fall feel!
