Wrong-Way Driver Killed In Crash Involving Semi Near El Reno

A wrong-way driver is killed after crashing head-on with a semi, authorities say.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said 29-year-old Aaron Dudick of Moore was killed in the crash.

It happened Sunday morning along Interstate 40 near El Reno, OHP said.

Dudick was driving in the wrong direction when an El Reno officer spotted him and attempted to catch up before Dudick crashed into the semi.

He died at the scene, OHP said.

The crash remains under investigation.
