Broken Arrow Man Accused Of Strangling Girlfriend

Broken Arrow Police arrested a man accused of beating and strangling his girlfriend after they said she recorded audio of the assault.

The affidavit said the victim told officers Kyler Howe came home drunk and they argued.

She told them when he attacked her, she started recording on her phone and hid it under the bed.

Police said she told them, he hit her and sat on top of her and strangled her.

Records show the phone recorded Howe threatening to kill her and the woman asking him to stop and crying out in pain.
