Tulsa Police Arrest Suspect Accused Of Shooting Man In Back

Tulsa Police arrested a man after they say he shot a victim in the back at an apartment complex on Tuesday.

Police say the victim and Patrick Seno got into a fight near 41st Street and Peoria Avenue.

Police say the shooter drove off in a white Tahoe.

Officers say the incident started as a fight between the two men when the victim tried to pull out bear spray but was shot.

Police say the victim is expected to survive.
