Man Shot During Apparent Road Rage Incident In Tulsa, Authorities Investigating

Investigators are trying to figure out who shot a man as he was driving on the loop around downtown Tulsa on Wednesday.

Tulsa Police said the victim did not realize anything had happened until he got to Mannford and realized he had been hit.
