Thursday marks the 23rd anniversary of the bombing at the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.
Today marks 23 years since the Oklahoma City bombing. A memorial service will be held at the Oklahoma City National Memorial and will include a reading of the names of the 168 people who died on April 19, 1995.
