The battle between the mid-level ridge and the storm system near and north of the state will play-out for the next few days.  The ridge eventually wins.  But there will be some scattered showers and storms brushing the northern sections of the state into southeastern Kansas for the next few days. 

The main upper level low responsible for the active weather yesterday will finally pinwheel away from the state later this afternoon and evening bringing very pleasant conditions into northeast Oklahoma Tuesday.
