A Tulsa preschool was evacuated after a gas leak was reported Wednesday morning. Firefighters gave the all clear a little later.

Construction workers on a project near the Mayo Hotel hit a gas line, according to Tulsa Fire Department. Police have closed the intersection of 5th and Cheyenne and ask drivers to avoid the area.

Multiple evacuations are underway Friday morning as wildfires raged across the northwestern and western parts of Oklahoma.
