The law, which takes effect in November, limits first-time users to $2,000 over 72 hours, requires kiosks to be licensed and tracked, and allows scam victims to seek refunds if reported within 14 days. Lawmakers and AARP Oklahoma say the law is a step toward protecting vulnerable Oklahomans from growing digital fraud.
