A Tulsa family is urgently searching for 58-year-old Ishmel Evans, who has been missing for over a month after being discharged from Grand Mental Health. Ishmel suffers from Wernicke–Korsakoff syndrome, a condition similar to dementia, which raises concerns for his safety. His sister, Shallahmar Evans, is pleading for help, explaining that he can become disoriented and may not know where he is.
