On Friday, The Commission voted 5-1 to terminate Kintsel. In a letter, Joel Kintsel stated that he is disputing the decision by the commission to fire him, calling the actions illegal.

In Tulsa, a dog is recovering after being shot by Tyrone Cartas Burnett, who claims he acted in self-defense when the dog charged at him unprovoked.
