Veterans, active duty service members, and their families are invited to a night of football and gratitude.

The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs is partnering with the Tulsa Oilers football team for Military Appreciation Night, creating a community event that honors those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Here’s what fans need to know before heading to the BOK Center.

1. The Game Kicks Off at 7:05 p.m.

The Tulsa Oilers will take on the Quad City Steamwheelers on Military Appreciation Night.

2. First 1,000 Fans Get a Free T-Shirt

The first 1,000 people through the doors will receive a free Tulsa Oilers T-shirt. It’s a token of appreciation for showing up to support both the team and the military community.

3. Tickets Available Through Veterans Affairs

Those interested in attending can get tickets directly through the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs or on the Tulsa Oilers website.

4. A Night to Honor Service

The event is more than just a football game — it’s an opportunity for the Tulsa community to come together and show appreciation for those who have worn the uniform.

Attendees can expect tributes throughout the evening. ODVA staff will also be at the game to share information about veteran services, including benefits, claims assistance, and employment resources.
