Tulsa-Based AAON Closes Canada Plant

TULSA, OK -- The economy in crisis forced Tulsa-based AAON to close its plant in Canada.

The plant in Burlington, Ontario will shut down in July and the work will move to Tulsa and Longview, Texas.

AAON makes heating and air conditioning units.

The Canadian plant has been struggling to make money since AAON purchased it in 2004.
