Downtown Tulsa Hotel In Foreclosure

TULSA, OK -- The News On 6 has learned that downtown Tulsa's Crowne Plaza Hotel is in foreclosure.

The hotel is located at 100 East 2nd Street.

The News On 6 has learned that the hotel's parent company, Ascension Hotels, is being sued by Sorin Master Fund.

Court records show the owners of Crowne Plaza borrowed more than $20 million from Sorin, which is based in the Cayman Islands.

Despite the foreclosure and the lawsuit the Crowne Plaza is still open for business.
