Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner Tours Blizzard Damage At Grand Lake

GRAND LAKE, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma's new insurance commissioner got a first hand look Thursday at blizzard damage to marinas at Grand Lake.

John Doak met with businesses owners to see how his office could help with recovery efforts.

The record-setting storm caused millions of dollars in damage to boats and docks.  At Hammerhead Marina alone, 15 slips either collapsed or had other significant damage. Six boats there also had severe damage.
