TULSA, Oklahoma -- An FBI agent testified Tuesday that Tulsa police officers stole drugs and money and had a drug dealer sell drugs for them.
Tuesday was a pre-trial hearing for two officers accused of corruption.
The FBI agent who testified admitted that he had worked with the officers in question and never saw anything illegal and that his investigation was based largely on the word of convicted felons and a dirty ATF agent.
The hearing was for prosecutors to show more information about the conspiracies Officer Bill Yelton and Jeff Henderson are accused of.

Several of the conspiracies include Tulsa officers who have not been indicted. Attorneys for two of those officers want the federal prosecutor investigated for misconduct for releasing their names even though they've not been charged with a crime.
FBI agent Kevin Legleighter was the only witness Tuesday.
He testified his investigation showed Officer Jeff Henderson and former ATF agent Brandon McFadden planted drugs on a drug dealer then threatened to take away his kid if he didn't sell drugs for them.
The agent testified Henderson and McFadden stole meth and cash from this drug dealer then had him sell some of that meth. He testified a woman was also given cocaine by Henderson to sell and he received the proceeds.
He gave other examples of officers taking and dividing up thousands of dollars they found on drug busts.
Two people have pleaded guilty in this case, former ATF agent Brandon McFadden and former Tulsa police officer JJ Gray; both are cooperating with the feds.
Jeff Henderson and Bill Yelton both say they are innocent. Both are still being held in the county jail until their trial in June.
The hearing continues Wednesday concerning conspiracy allegations against three other Tulsa drug officers.
