STILLWATER, Oklahoma – Oklahoma State offensive lineman Levy Adcock is the definition of business in the front, party in the back, or at least his hair is.
The 6'6", 322-pound senior from Claremore, Oklahoma, and his self-described mullet of curls have been working hard up front on the line for the Cowboys this season.
Perhaps those curly locks could be the secret to his success?
"I can't tell you my secrets to get hair this beautiful, but I do take care of it," said Adcock.
"I just hope he washes it," said senior quarterback Brandon Weeden. "There's a 50-50 chance whether he even washes it at night."
Adcock won the starting job in August of last year, when he was a junior, and started every game in 2010. Adcock quickly became one of the most consistent elements of the Cowboy offense as he did not allow a sack during the entire season.
"I think he's got a lot of hard work and dedication in that thing, about a year or eight to ten months I guess," said Weeden.
Ok, so the hair being the secret to success might be a stretch, but one thing is certain, it's definitely hard to miss.
