A metro couple was at home eating lunch all while a man stole from them, but what the thief didn't realize was his crime was caught on three different surveillance video cameras.
The homeowner installed cameras after the first time his house was hit.
There's not much room to hide outside Brad Hooper's northwest side home. There are cameras everywhere, and for good reason.
"Since I've lived here, I've had nothing but trouble," Hooper said.
A week after moving in, the rims off Hooper's SUV vanished.
"It was kind of like a welcome to the neighborhood deal, I guess," Hooper said.
Now, in a room dubbed "the man cave," Hooper keeps an eye on things. He saw a thief walk right up to his garage and steal from him on the monitoring system.
Hooper lost only a weed eater but says it's the principle of the thing. He's concerned others are losing even more. Hooper and his police officer friend believe the suspect was spending the day hitting up house after house.
If you recognize the thief, call Oklahoma City Police.
