The Cherokee Spur Ranch on Grand Lake near Afton goes on the auction block next month.
The hunting facility and resort will be sold at auction by National Residential Auctioneers on July 28, 2012.
According to a news release from National Residential Auctioneers, the property includes more than 750 acres, a lodge, ranch house and a party barn.
"With its spectacular views and diverse terrain, this property has white-tail deer, bob white quail, Rio Grande turkey, numerous waterfowl species and countless non-game species," said Scott Grubbs, ranch manager.
The Cherokee Spur Ranch will be offered in four tracts, with each tract having its own unique features. The release says one tract includes a 4,923 square foot home with ample room to relax and play.
Another tract includes a 2,600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath ranch home along with stables, bunk house and a party barn.
The release says the Cherokee Spur is a working cattle ranch with working pens and a hydraulic chute.
