Tulsa Couple Faces Charges Of Child Sexual Abuse

A Tulsa man is in jail on five charges of child sexual abuse stemming from a series of alleged incidents between August 2006 and May 2012.

James Woodcock, 44, remains in the Tulsa County jail on a $250,000 bond.

His wife, Jennifer Woodcock, 54, is charged with permitting child sexual abuse and failing to report child sexual abuse during the same period. She has bonded out of jail.

Both are scheduled for a court appearance on June 27, 2012.

According to court records, James Woodcock allegedly touched a child sexually and made the child touch him sexually.

According to court records Jennifer Woodcock walked in on one of those incidents but allowed her husband to continue to be around the child after the incident she observed and never reported it to law enforcement.
