A second man has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of to people in a car parked at the QuikTrip at 71st and Riverside Drive.
Patrick Shawn, 27, and Kaylyn Kosofsky, 24, were killed on August 30, 2011.
Tulsa Police say Joel Pina, 27, was booked into the Tulsa County jail on two charges of first degree murder.
He was returned to Oklahoma after being arrested in Washington state. Pina was being held in Pierce County jail in Tacoma.
Shortly after the shooting, police arrested Zane Atchison, 25, in connection with the double homicide.

An affidavit filed with Tulsa County court in September 2011, stated a witness told police that Joel Pina said his superiors in the drug trade would pay "stacks" of money to whomever "handles" or "takes care of Patrick Shawn."
Tulsa Police found Shawn's body in the QuikTrip parking lot and Kosofsky's body in a car parked at a nearby church
Police say the victims knew Pina and Atchison, and all four were involved in the narcotics world.
