One Man Hospitalized After Crash On Highway 75

A wreck closed down the southbound lanes of U.S. Highway 75 near 111th Street Friday afternoon.

EMSA says they responded and treated an adult male trauma patient.

The man was treated at the scene and then transported by ambulance to Saint Francis Hospital in critical condition.

No more information about the man's identity or his condition has been released at this time.

Traffic was backed up on the highway as far as 81st Street while crews cleaned up and treated the victim Friday afternoon.
