A judge ordered a Tulsa man to stand trial for the rape and murder of an elderly woman and the beating of her husband.
Tyrone Woodfork, 20, is charged with first-degree murder, first-degree burglary, two counts of rape by force and fear, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of robbery with a firearm in connection to the incident which happened on March 15, 2012.
Prosecutors added a second rape charge Friday based on a nurse's testimony during Friday's hearing.
Tulsa Police say that Tyrone Woodfork confessed and told them details of the crime that no one else could have known but someone who was there.
If only because of that, the judge's decision today was not unexpected, because Woodfork is the only person arrested.

Tyrone Woodfork was arrested the day after the attack, after someone spotted him driving the victims car.
Police say they've since found plenty of evidence that Woodfork not only took the car, but was responsible for the rape and murder of Nancy Strait.
It was in March when the Straits, Bob and Nancy were attacked in their home.
They we robbed and severely beaten and left for dead.
Mrs. Strait died shortly afterwards in the hospital and Mr. Strait died six weeks later.
Though family members are certain his death is connected to what happened, the medical examiner ruled it was from natural causes.
Now, Woodfork will stand trial for the murder—a case that prosecutors say qualifies as a capital murder case, though they'll decide over the weekend if that's how they'll proceed.
Woodfork's public defender said they're preparing for that possibility.
Woodfork's preliminary hearing began August 7 and continued Friday.
His next court date is September 17.
