Police Suspect Foul Play In Disappearance Of Bixby Woman

The Bixby Police Department is hoping someone in Tulsa knows where Kelley Harris is. Harris was last seen on July 3rd when she left her home in the 13800 block of South Mingo in Bixby.

Her car was found parked at the Bristol Park Apartments at 44th and Garnett in Tulsa on July 20th.

Bixby Police say they suspect foul play.

Detectives tell News On 6 Harris has missed her daughter having a baby and her son getting married since she disappeared in July.

At the time of her disappearance, Kelley Harris was wearing a yellow T-shirt, blue jeans and white Nike shoes.
