Three People Facing Child Porn Charges Bound Over For Trial

A judge found Wednesday there is enough evidence for three people to stand trial for child porn charges.

Sally Deupree, Brittiny Dick and Ricky Lewis have all pleaded not guilty to the many charges between them, including manufacturing and distribution child pornography.

Prosecutors say Lewis exchanged naked pictures of young children with Deupree, including photos of her grandchild. They say he did the same with Dick, including pictures of her two-year-old daughter.

The three were remanded to custody and will next appear in court on November 5.
