Final Trial In Neal Sweeney Murder Case Begins

We have new developments in the third and final trial in connection with the murder of TU hall of famer Neal Sweeney.

A jury has been seated in Alonzo Johnson's trial and opening statements began Tuesday.

Prosecutors say Johnson stole the getaway van that was used during Sweeney's murder and say Johnson also scouted out Sweeney's office complex.

The trial is expected to take about two weeks.
