Former Oklahoma State quarterback Bobby Reid has been hired by the OSU football program, as first reported by Robert Allen of GoPokes.com.
Reid has been hired in an administrative position, not a coaching position, to work under Mack Butler, who is the school's director of football operations. OSU has since confirmed Reid's addition to the staff.
Reid threw for 3,143 yards and 27 touchdowns with 16 interceptions and also ran for 654 yards and five touchdowns in his OSU career. He was at OSU from 2004-07 before transferring and wrapping up his collegiate career at Texas Southern.

Reid left the Cowboys following the 2007 season in which he lost his starting job to Zac Robinson and was also the focal point of Mike Gundy's infamous rant at an Oklahoma City sports columnist.
After college, Reid played Arena Football for a short stint with the Tulsa Talons.
Reid arrived at OSU as one of the most heralded recruits in school history. He was an Elite 11 quarterback and the Houston Touchdown Club offensive player of the year after leading Galena Park North Shore to an undefeated state championship season.
