The search is on for clues after a cleanup crew discovers a body over the weekend near Lake Overholser.
A spokesperson with Oklahoma Medical Examiner's office says the body found near N.W. 63rd and Morgan Road was that of a woman, and that she was wearing a t shirt, hooded sweatshirt, and jeans.

But right now, we don't know the woman's age, race, or identity, and how she died is still a mystery too.
The body was discovered near a dead end road on Saturday morning, very close to the Kilpatrick Turnpike. A group of volunteers were cleaning up the area around the Stinchcomb wildlife refuge in honor of earth day, when one of them came across the body while picking up trash.
"There's been no cause of death ruled, no ruling as to whether it was a homicide or not," said Master Sergeant Gary Knight with the Oklahoma City Police Department. "We're certainly treating it as suspicious death."
This is a pretty secluded area with only an abandoned house nearby, but there is a running and walking trail as well as a park about four miles away.
We talked to some people out there about this gruesome discovery.
"We're out here at least two or three times a week because of my 2-year-old son," said Brandon Thomason. "He loves it out here!"
Even though Brandon and his son are regulars here at the route 66 park near Lake Overholser,
He and his wife had no idea a body had been found in a drainage ditch in the nearby Stinchcomb wildlife refuge.
"Just really shocking," said Kenica Thomason. "We bring our son out here just about every day, so you really never think anything like this would happen around this area."
The fact that they live nearby only makes them worry more.
"Yeah, and I hear helicopters going by a lot, like they are searching for people and things like that - and sirens going off a lot," said Brandon. "So it would be nice to make it safer somehow."
Brandon and Kenica are even more worried, now that they have another newborn son in tow. They just hope the place they turn to, to have fun with their sons, will not end up off limits, and that the family of the woman who was found will find some peace.
"I hope they find out who it was and hopefully they do something about it."
Oklahoma City police are encouraging anyone with information on this death to call crime stoppers at (405)-235-7300.
