A clemency hearing is set for May 18, 2013 for a LeFlore County man on Oklahoma's death row.

James DeRosa, 36, is set be executed June 18, 2013 for the murders of an elderly Poteau couple.

DeRosa was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder in October 2001 and sentenced to die for the deaths of 73-year-old Curtis Plummer and 70-year-old Gloria Plummer.

The US Supreme Court denied his appeal in March and the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals set his execution date in April.
