Rogers County Sales Tax Vote Results Tossed, New Election Set For August

Voters in Rogers County will be going back to the ballot box to decide an issue they already voted on earlier this month.

Residents approved a one-cent sales tax extension on May 14, 2013, but the results were challenged because the county did not follow the guidelines for letting voters know about the election.

Tuesday, the previous results were tossed and a new election was set for August 13.
