Cooks Prepare Feast That Opens Muscogee Creek Nation Festival

A celebration of the Muscogee Creek Nation's culture and heritage began Thursday evening.

This weekend, Okmulgee will be filled with music, dance and traditional foods.

Rick Wells swears he can smell the fry bread cooking all the way from Tulsa. His visit to the kitchen is in the video above.

The festival runs through the weekend at tribal headquarters in Okmulgee and will feature concerts by Smokey Robinson, Natalie Cole, and Aaron Lewis.
